David Carchidi, Chief Executive Officer

David has worked in the Property Management Industry for over 16 years, as a Leasing Consultant, Community Manager, Marketing Director, and finally as a successful owner of APTS.

David has produced many top professionals in multi-family housing throughout California and Arizona. He is a NAA National Apartment Leasing Professional instructor as well as a facilitator for Sales and Marketing Magic Brainstorming Sessions. David was awarded the 2002 Associate Member of the Year Tributes Award from the Arizona Multihousing Association.

 
     John Modlin, President

John brings to us over 18 years of Property Management experience. He has conducted training seminars for over nine years, and has produced many top leasing consultants for companies such as Con-Am Management, JPI, Alliance, Lincoln, Equity and Fairfield Management. John is very active with the San Diego County Apartment Association and IREM, conducting seminars and serving on various committees. John has served on the SDCAA Board of Directors for over six years.

John was the recipient of the Mark of Excellence Awards Presidents Award in 2001 and the Industry Partner of the Year in 2005 for the San Diego County Apartment Association.

 

 
     Michael Benton, Sr. V.P. of Sales

Michael currently has over 13 years of Property Management experience. He spent 8 years with Southern California Housing Development Corp., a Non-Profit Affordable Housing company which recently won Developer Firm of the Year in the Nation at the 2004 Pillars Awards. Michael specializes in Marketing, Leasing and Training and was the recipient for Manager of the Year in 2000 for the Inland Empire. He is certified in Relocation as well as a Facilitator for Sales and Marketing Magic Inc. Michael is an active member of (A.A.G.I.E.) Apartment Assoc. of the Greater Inland Empire Michael has been a vital piece to the success of multiple lease-ups and training of on-site employees to supervise company acquisitions.

     Lisa Hannah, Sr. V.P. of Operations

Lisa currently has over 11 years of Property Management experience. She has spent the last 4 years with ConAm Management, managing an affordable housing community. Lisa specializes in recruiting, leasing and property management. She is certified in C.O.S. (Certified Occupancy Specialist), and C.P.O. (Certified Professional of Occupancy). Lisa is an active member of the San Diego County Apartment Association and volunteers at many of their functions.

 
     Traci Krzywicki, CAM, CAPS V.P. Of Operations - San Diego

Traci started her career in property management in 1993 as a leasing consultant in Greensboro, NC. She moved on to manage properties for Brown Investment Properties, Inc., before becoming an Account Executive for the Apartment Guide magazine in 1999. Traci moved to San Diego to become Publisher of The San Diego Apartment Guide in 2003. She became part of the APTS family in February of 2008.

Traci is an active Board Member for the San Diego County Apartment Association where she has been a committee chair, an instructor, and serves on several committees. Traci is also a participating member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Traci holds her CAM and CAPS certifications through the National Apartment Association. She received the President’s Award from The Triad Apartment Association in 2002, and the Industry Partner of the Year Award from The San Diego County Apartment Association in 2007.
 
     Angel Rogers, ARM, CCRM, V.P. of Operations - Inland Empire

Angel has held many positions in the industry with an emphasis on education and training. She was with National CORE (formerly Southern California Housing) in Rancho Cucamonga for eleven years; first as a Community Manager then the last four years as their Education Manager. Angel earned numerous awards during her tenure at National CORE including “Employee of the Year- Spirit and Enthusiasm”. She has been awarded with the APEX Award for “Community Manger of the Year” in 2001, and “Outstanding Support Person of the Year” in 2006.

Angel holds two professional designations, California Apartment Association’s CCRM as well as the ARM from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Angel has been an approved instructor for the California Apartment Association for seven years and has taken on the instruction of the National Apartment Association’s CAM and NALP programs. She is a facilitator for Multifamily Pro’s Brainstorming Sessions in both Orlando and Las Vegas. Angel has been a featured speaker for numerous statewide functions and is a member of the AAGIE Board of Directors.

     Jennifer Blakely, CAM V.P. of Operations - Phoenix

Jennifer currently has over 18 years of property management experience. She started her career in Dallas Texas with JPI. Jennifer moved back to her home town Omaha Nebraska where she worked for Broadmoor Development for 6 years. For the past ten years Jennifer has lived in Chandler Arizona where she worked for MC. Companies, Trillium Residential & Bernard Allison Management.

 
Jennifer & her team have been nominated for many awards from here companies including Community manager of the year, Property of the year & Team of the year.
 
Jennifer has been involved with the Arizona Multi Housing Association for the past ten years. She currently serves on the Education & trade show committee. Jennifer has completed several classes offered by the AMA including receiving her CAM designation.
